About the role

As a store employee/customer service representative at Biltema, you play a central role in creating a positive and professional customer experience in the store. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that every customer is met with engagement, expertise, and good service. Your work is varied and includes providing advice, handling complaints, and collaborating with other departments to create an efficient and customer-focused store.

In addition to the tasks specific to customer service, you are involved in the daily operations of the store. Together with the team, you ensure that shelves are stocked, the checkout is manned, and the store is always sales-ready. Every day, you strive to provide customers with top-class service.

This is a permanent position starting with a 6-month probation period. The working hours are 20 hours per week.

About you

The customer's time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to listen, understand, and read the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for you who is a dedicated service-oriented person with the customer in focus. You enjoy a high work pace where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take action, see what needs to be done, and want order and tidiness around you. Personal suitability will be highly valued, as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.

Experience from retail, preferably in store work with cash register duties or the restaurant industry, is meritorious. To quickly get into the role, we appreciate a burning interest in our range and product areas.
